Four simple steps to your first profitable resale find

Create Your Account

Head to findit-listit.com/register and sign up for free. Enter your name, email, and a password. Your free 30-day trial starts immediately — no credit card needed.

Take Your First Scan

From your dashboard, tap Items → New Item. Upload a photo or use your phone's camera. You can upload up to 6 photos — the more angles, the better the AI's identification. If you have a ruler nearby, include it for size measurements.

Read Your Pricing Analysis

Within seconds, the AI identifies your item and pulls real sold-price data from eBay. You'll see: Retail Price (what it sells for new), Average Used Price (what buyers actually pay), and your Recommended Buy Price — calculated to hit your profit goal. A color-coded buy signal (BUY / CONSIDER / PASS) tells you at a glance whether it's worth picking up.

Create Your First Listing

Once you've saved an item, click Generate Listing. The AI writes a professional, SEO-optimized sales listing for whichever platform you choose — eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Etsy, Whatnot, and more. Copy it directly into your listing. Done.

Pro tip: Set your profit margin first in Profile → Settings. The app uses this to calculate your Recommended Buy Price on every scan automatically.

Snap & Analyze

Upload photos of any item — vintage collectibles, electronics, clothing, tools, toys, you name it. Google Vision AI scans the image first for fast identification, then our AI (powered by OpenAI GPT-4o) takes a second, deeper look for accuracy. The result: a confirmed product name, brand, model, and condition notes, all in seconds.

Pricing Tool

We pull real, recently-sold eBay data and blend it with our AI's market estimate (70% real data / 30% AI) to give you the most accurate used price available. Outliers are filtered out so one crazy sale doesn't skew your numbers. Your Recommended Buy Price is then calculated based on your target profit margin — so you always know your max offer price before you open your wallet.

Listing Creation

Listing plans include the AI listing generator. After scanning an item, click Generate Listing and choose your marketplace. The AI writes a complete, keyword-rich listing title and description — tailored to each platform's style and buyer expectations. Listings are ready to copy-paste. No writing required.

Marketplace Connections

Find It – List It generates listings for all major resale platforms: eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Etsy, Whatnot, Pinterest, and more. Each listing is formatted for that platform's specific audience and search algorithm. Future updates will include direct integration for one-click posting.

Quick Query (Ask AI)

After a scan, still not sure? Use Quick Query to ask the AI follow-up questions about your item — "Is there a more valuable version of this?", "What condition issues affect price?", "Does this brand sell better on eBay or Poshmark?" The AI uses your item's context to give specific, relevant answers.

Mobile & Android App

The web app works on any smartphone browser — just open findit-listit.com on your phone and use your camera directly. For an even faster experience, an Android app is available for download from your admin. iOS support is planned for a future release.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often

You can cancel anytime — no phone call required. Log in, go to Profile → Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling. For full details, see our Return & Cancellation Policy.

We currently generate listings for eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Etsy, Whatnot, and Pinterest. Pricing analysis is powered by eBay sold data. We are actively working on additional marketplace integrations — join our Discord community to vote on which platforms get added next.

Yes — Find It – List It is fully mobile-friendly. Open findit-listit.com in any browser on your smartphone and you'll have full access, including the ability to take photos directly from your phone camera. An Android app is also available for an even smoother experience — ask your account administrator for the download link. iOS app support is planned for a future update.

When you reach your plan's monthly limit, you'll see a notification in the app. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Plans page to get more searches immediately, or wait for your next billing cycle when your count resets. You will never be automatically charged more than your plan rate — upgrades are always your choice.

New subscribers receive a 3-day grace period after their first payment. If you contact us within 3 days of your first charge, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After the grace period, the current billing period is non-refundable since you have access to the service for that period. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. To request a refund, email support@findit-listit.com. Full details are in our Return Policy.

The AI is highly accurate for most common resale items — electronics, toys, collectibles, clothing brands, tools, kitchenware, and more. Accuracy improves with more photos and better lighting. If the identification isn't quite right, use the Ask AI button to correct it — tell the AI what the item actually is (or describe a logo, marking, or brand you see), and it will re-identify and reprice it automatically.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, and PayPal subscriptions are also supported. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.
